• Any order without a VIN number will not be applicable for return
• Special Ordered parts are not eligible for return.
• There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
• Parts must be in the original packaging.
• Provided photographs do not indicate fitment or accuracy
• We cannot take back used parts.
• Electrical parts are not returnable.
• We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
• All mechanical items carry a 12mo/12k mile warranty. 
• Warranty can be done in store, or your local Audi dealer. 
• Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
• Body parts cannot be canceled or returned once placed on order.
• Coded orders cannot be canceled or returned once placed on order. (keys, modules, locks, etc...)

• An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
