- Any order without a VIN number will not be applicable for return
- Special Ordered parts are not eligible for return.
- There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
- Parts must be in the original packaging.
- We cannot take back used parts.
- Electrical parts are not returnable.
- We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
- All mechanical items carry a 12mo/12k mile warranty.
- Warranty can be done in store, or your local Audi dealer.
- Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
- Body parts cannot be canceled or returned once placed on order.
- Coded orders cannot be canceled or returned once placed on order. (keys, modules, locks, etc...)
Cancellation Policy
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
